Jericho won a 10-man battle royal on Raw this past week to earn a WWE Championship match with CM Punk at Wrestlemania 28.

Jericho’s tweet in full: “Glad to see @cmpunk wasting his time threatening rappers. I don’t care about anybody else’s business except mine-which is winning at WM28.”

After interference from Cody Rhodes, Big Show won the match via DQ but Bryan retained his championship. CM Punk then hit the ring to make for the save for Big Show. Punk gave Bryan a GTS and Big Show gave Rhodes the WMD knockout punch.

Shaq was tentatively scheduled to face the Big Show at Wrestlemania 28, but those plans look to have been scrapped now.

Brown tweeted: “Note:today will be the last day I bring @cmpunk existence up!The confrontations that people continuously bring my way are very amusing. Cuz honestly, that shit is too time consuming to argue wit every person who has their own issues to deal with!”

#Notnopunk was the number 1 trend on Twitter last night, after Chris Brown started reeling off past wrestlers names who apparently were ‘not no punk’.

CM Punk and Chris Brown started trading insults on Sunday night when Punk tweeted: ”I would like @chrisbrown fight somebody that can defend themselves. Me curb stomping that turd would be a #wrestlemania moment.”

Brown hit back and said: “@CMpunkneeds more followers. He’s such a leader! Not to mention the roids hes on has made it utterly impossible for him pleasure a women… Positivity regardless of how u feel! @CMpunk contact my assistant and I’ll have em send u an autographed pic for my biggest FAN!!!”

The Miz congratulates Daniel Bryan
The World Heavyweight Champion Daniel Bryan came down to the ring with his girlfriend AJ and  boasted about his Elimination Chamber victory, and the fact that he will main event Wrestlemania 28. The Miz then hit the ring and to Bryan’s bemusement, The Miz congratulated Bryan for doing what he did last year – main event Wrestlemania. Sheamus then hit the ring and slammed Bryan for being an arse! Bryan and The Miz then attacked Sheamus, but Sheamus managed to clear house.

After SmackDown GM Theodore Long made an impromptu match between Sheamus and The Miz. Sheamus scooped the win after hitting the Celtic Cross on The Miz.

John Laurinaitis interrupts Theodore Long
Long was flirting backstage with Aksana when Laurinaitis and David Otunga walked in. Long told them both that he had a special location for them to watch SmackDown tonight – the bathroom! Otunga boasted about beating Ezekiel Jackson on Raw and said that he will do it again tonight on SmackDown.

Vickie’s men beat Kofi and Truth
Dolph Ziggler and Jack Swagger scooped a big win over Kofi Kingston and R-Truth, who beat the Tag Team Champions last night on Raw. Ziggler got the win when he placed a thumb in Kofi’s eye and nailed him with the Zig Zag.

Santino upgrades the Cobra
Backstage, Santino Marella was training by hitting plastic cups with the Cobra when Heath Slater entered the scene and cleared the table of all the plastic cups. Santino responded by using the Cobra to spit in Slater’s eyes blinding him. Santino apparently has a spitting Cobra now!

Drew McIntyre gets squashed
The Great Khali beat McIntyre in 30 seconds flat! McIntyre wanted no part of Khali initially, so Khali nailed him with a chop and a modified chokeslam and scooped the win.

Big Show gets angry
Matt Striker interviewed Big Show ahead of his match with Mark Henry and Big Show fumed at Cody Rhodes for eliminating him in the battle royal on Raw, costing him a WWE Championship match at Wrestlemania 28. Big Show promises to break Rhodes’ neck!

Cody Rhodes taunts Big Show
Mark Henry scooped a win over Big Show, albeit via countout, after Cody Rhodes played mind games with the Big Show. As Big Show looked to seal the victory on Henry, Rhodes appeared on the ramp and played an embarrassing video of Big Show vs. Akebono at Wrestlemania 21. Big Show was livid and gave chase to Rhodes after knocking out Mark Henry.

David Otunga beats Big Zeke (again)
Ezekiel Jackson promised to take down Otunga after losing to him on Raw, but he could not back up his promise. Otunga scooped another win over Zeke, which will surely please the interim Raw GM John Laurinaitis.

CM Punk promises to teach Daniel Bryan how to lose
WWE Champion CM Punk cut a solid promo on Daniel Bryan ahead of their match promising to teach him how to lose. Punk also said that he would confront Chris Jericho face-to-face on Raw.

Punk had Bryan beat, when Sheamus ran down and tossed Bryan back inside the ring when he tried to head backstage. Punk nailed Bryan with a huge kick to the head and score the 3-count. Interim Raw GM John Laurinaitis came down and ruled out the victory, ordering the match to continue. Bryan then had the match won himself when he grabbed the ropes to help him secure a pinfall victory, but the SmackDown GM Theodore Long headed down to the ring and restarted the match once more! The 3rd fall then came after a top-rope superplex resulting in a confusing roll-up with both men having their shoulders counted down. After the match, Theodore Long and John Laurinaitis argued about who won, while the referee looked confused. The show came to an end when Long and Laurinaitis threw down each their jackets and squared up to each other. Long then walked off looking extremely angry!

It was confirmed earlier today that Barrett had suffered a partially dislocated elbow and will miss 6-8 weeks of action, almost certainly ruling him out of Wrestlemania 28.
